Ino na phla meri booking dekh kr extra pasa manga uder 2 hr waste kiya fir room ma AC work he nhi krta mena 4 room change kiya sab ma same problem the. Aur ander bhaut jada gandagi the. In ka staf ko baat krna ke tamiz he nhi ha. Aap ke koi baat ni suna ga ider

Already 6 tickets are raised as i waited for 2 hours and the hotel denied entry because they are asking for additional cost. Worst customer care. At the end i paid the extra cost to get a room . I want a whole refund.

Very bad experience, i suggest everyone not to go, extra money and extra time consuming, what the rubbish.

It was not the same hotel that I booked through MakeMyTrip and there seems to be a scam going on with the booking personnel from your site and the OYO authority along with the hotel authority, where they are scamming customers showing a different room fare and when finally the customer arrives to the hotel they deny entry unless you pay double the price and in my case they made a different bill voucher to extort money. And the help line executives wasted atleast two hoyrs trying resolving the issue, which they couldn't so finally I had to leave the hotel after waiting for two hours and I had to wait at the platform. Above that I am not even entitled to any refund.

I booked 2 AC rooms with breakfast via MakeMyTrip, but the property had no AC, no TV, no drinking water, no soap, and extremely dirty washrooms with no running water. Despite booking breakfast, the staff informed me there was no such facility. To make matters worse, after I had already paid the full amount online, they demanded an additional ₹700 in cash to allow check-in. This property is not at all family-friendly and seems to operate as an hourly couple hotel. must ensure such details are clearly mentioned. I strongly advise families to avoid this property.

Hotel staff was not coprative and room condition was very bad

In a very bad experience, i booked all meals including room or the hotel receptionist insisted that food was not included or i would have to pay extra

I have paid all the amount which I show in the make my trip app but at the time of check in the reception staff said that the some amount is pending but I have paid I had to show the detail but they are not allow to check in after I paid the remaining amount then I complaint to the make my trip customer staff

Hotel ask for extra 599 rs when u reach to the hotel. Also face issues of ac, blankets, towel & tv as they all are not working properly and staff is not that much active in solving the issues.

I had paid the entire amount demanded by you in advance on 13th september. But when i reached the hotel with my son to check in, they demanded rs 498- from me. I told him that my full payment has been made, then he said that you will have to pay rs 498- more if you want to stay in the hotel. Since i had reached the hotel with my son, i was forced to make an additional payment of rs 498, which i did. This is very wrong

Fraud hotel. Poor facility. Overcharged over actual bill. No hotel services. Pathetic arrangement...

I stayed for a week and they never provided me room keys. No facilities inside the room. No laundry. Forced me to pay 1000 bucks more over my booking which was already paid and provided no receipt for it.

Our stay was convenient and fantastic. We enjoyed the place and its atmosphere. I would love to recommend

Room was good. Value for money staff was also good. Room was neat and clean. Price was very affordable.
