Orana hotel has been a good property to stay at. However, the housekeeping staff needs to be more polite and do their work without being rude to the guests. Breakfast buffet on point. Humble and courteous cooking team. Upon asking for basic toiletries, the housekeeping team said we would like to inspect the bathroom before giving the supplies. I think this is absolutely unrequited courteous of someone in hospitality industry.
