The stay was overall very good. The food and facilities met my expectations, and the hotel management was very kind and attentive. They served us well throughout, making the experience enjoyable.

Not a great experience, there were bugs in room and bed, washroom was not clean, have to call multiple times to get a waterbottle

room duet was dirty, toilet 🚽 was not cleaned properly, no tissues, no hand wash, i usually don’t give bad rating but this time experience is terrible. only good thing was staff was coordinating, well behaved & helpful that’s why i gave 2 rating otherwise i would give 1 rating.

Food delivery time and if we are on map plan and asked for food which is in menu they deliver to us like we are having the food free of cost. For many items they clearly denied, and one of the staff from front office clear say " inta thodi order kar sakte ho app breakfast me. Not at all visit again and will not recommend any one.

Staff behaviour is excellent and very good service by staff. Location and cleanliness is very good. Good connectivity to the hotel.

Good but they didn't share correct wifi password i asked multiple times but in vain. Every single time password was wrong

No cleaning, bad smell, broken furniture. Toilet was in very bad condition. Pillows were not clean.

Banquet is situated in a busy you might have problem for parking the car, i was there with my friend the room was not cleaned same is the toilet, there is a window in the room n the glass of that window was very dirty, wallpaper of wall behind the bed was in torn condition looking very poor, there was a leakage of water from window ac due to it the floor carpet got wet and lastly we booked the room with breakfast the time of the breakfast is 8:30 n we have to call it again n again later we got the breakfast 9am no value of the precious time of the customer by the way breakfast was good tea and aalu pratha was same as home

Easy checkin, well mannered staff polite talk and no distance during stay. Food price also normal not high. Nice location near metro walking distance.

Hotel location is wrong on google map & for confirmation if you will call hotel they will not picture your call. Bad mngmnt, rude staff

Cleanliness was poor. Service was pathetic. Nothing was provided without asking. Even for drinking water i had to ask them. Washroom was unclean.
