Review Of Hotel Mukund Residency @ Kaushambi Metro (5 Min distance from Anand Vihar)

Linen was not cleaned properly. Washroom was in very bad & old condition. Mosquito was there in the room, disturbed me whole night. Room size was very small.

The Mukund Residency. Mukund Residency is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever come across. 1. The so-called manager at the reception didn’t even bother to greet us. He was sitting arrogantly with his legs crossed, sleeves folded, completely ignoring us and glued to his computer like we didn’t exist. 2. This useless manager couldn’t even find our MMT booking for 30 damn minutes. I even WhatsApped him the voucher, but he kept fumbling around. We were standing there at 11 PM, tired and stressed, wondering if we’d be thrown out in the middle of the night. Absolutely pathetic service. 3. Only one lazy housekeeping guy in the entire hotel, and he didn’t bring our luggage until we asked him multiple times. 4. During checkout, there was literally no one to help with bags. We had to carry everything ourselves. What kind of joke is this place? 5. The room was tiny and suffocating. 6. The bathroom was a disaster. 7. The toilet seat was broken. Seriously, how do you not fix something that basic? 8. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, but they refused to give us any just because we checked out at 7 AM. What kind of pathetic excuse is that? 9. We booked for 3 adults and 1 child, and they still shamelessly charged us ₹400 for an extra bed. Complete rip-off. Avoid this trashy hotel at all costs. Total waste of money and peace of mind.

Stay iss a very poor. Air conditioner is not working properly. Nd no any other room was avalaible. There is no solution at all. Nd room is also quite normal.

First of all Hotel charged extra for early check-in which they do not informed on the call. Later when we check-in they also do not provided the room keys for which we have the argument at the hotel. Very bad service who knows of they use the room in the absence of the customer.

Bathroom door not closing. Didnt give us keys for the room. Only 1 towel for 3 people. Bed linens dirty. Bathroom poor lighting and dirty. Overall ambience very poor.

My experience was so horrible and staff so rude and they not helpful and they were asking for etc money also. Im requesting to al please don’t go on this hotel.

Services are poor. I had to request many times to get a dental kit. I did not get tea in the morning. However the staff is good and helpful.

Washrooms not up to mark. Rooms are basic with no kettle cups and glasses. Staff though was decent and they allowed us early check-in as well

Bahaut hi bekar hotel hai. Always bad smell comes. Not hygienic blanket, towels, bedsheets not cleaned.

Toiletries were provided, but the absence of bath soap was a notable oversight. Unfortunately, the tv encountered technical issues during our stay, and despite bringing it to their attention, it remained unresolved. A peculiar policy regarding room keys required constant assistance from the hotel staff due to purported server issues, which proved inconvenient. On a positive note, the staff exhibited friendly and helpful behavior. Despite the claim of 24-hour service, there were instances where this wasn't entirely accurate. In summary, the overall experience was average, with some aspects needing improvement.
