1. There's No Service. The property sent a scanner in WhatsApp to pay Rs.300 as cleaning charges. But when we arrived at the property, it was anything but clean.
2. Cockroaches were residing in that room, and we were the intruders. Hence, cockroaches fought for their space - in the bed, in the kitchen cabinets and also gained access to our luggage. We surrendered and left their country early morning.
3. Power went off at midnight. We fetched a local, who checked the prepaid electricity meter and concluded that property owner did not pay for electricity and line was disconnected.
4. Booked room for 2, but towel available for only 1. When I enquired over phone, the staff mentioned it's Company policy.
5. No shampoo, no bath soap was available. Bot a body moisturizer was available. Again, they said it's Company policy.
6. I urge MMT to review why they allow such property be uploaded on their website.
