Super Hotel O Nehru Nagar Near Yashodha Hospital

‏ the experience was not good at all. The rooms were not clean. The staff was not really helpful. They are not helping us at all. We checked in at late. The room was full of dirt. There was lot of used condo packets left in the drawers and different places in the room, the bedsheets were not good and quite hygienic. So the overall day was really bad. Even I hope for a refund because the actual experience was really terrible.

There is not a single facility of hotels. Very poor condition of the room. The room was very dirty, The washroom was very dirty and smelled very badly. Bedsheet, pillow cover , towels also very dirty. There were mosquitoes biting in the room, and a mouse was running around in the room at night. Under the bed in the room, there were discarded matchsticks, cigarette and beedi butts, and an empty condom packet also out of room on sam floor. There was an electric current in the drain of the restroom. Room service ver poor no response, intercom not working, not a single thing good for safety and this hotel is not safe for family stay. Surprise, I've multiple times tried to contact with make my trip but no response as agent was saying that call to other department. Very very very bad service of mmt

There was no one at reception for an hour I had to walk off and take another hotel nearby

It was a very bad experience — rainwater had entered inside, the washroom was very dirty, the windows were broken, the fan wasn't working, and people kept knocking on the door repeatedly.

Terrible room, nothing was there when I asked they gave me blanket, soap and a towel, bathroom window was broken anyone can see from that. Bathroom gate had no lock, main door gate handle was broken, very dirty hotel.

The experience was good overall. There were some problems though. We booked two rooms out of which geyser was not working in one of the rooms and pieces of cigerrates were there too. But other than that everything was fine.

washroom is not working and service is poor and food service is very high and owner behaviour is very bad and he promise for something else and then we will go on hotel he want extra charges
