very bad hotel, it is dirty, there is no parking facility, they give absolutely useless water bottles and at the time of checkout they charge Rs 60 for 2 bottles.

Location is main Highway. Transport becomes easy. Food is great. Had booked with breakfast included.

They have charged us extra for the water bottle inspite of requesting them that it should be complementary, and manager was very rude and unprofessional.

Cooperative staff friendly behaviour. My check in hotel have two hours but he allowed me before time without any charge

The housekeeping staff did a great job maintaining the room throughout my stay, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and efficient check-in process. room and bathroom both are not clean and service is very poor quality .bed experience ................

Not recommended ac is old module and not up to mark. Kit not available with hotel require to buy from market

Their room is not clean. Washroom is terrible, not clean & flush & jet spray is not working. Shower is not working. No lift. Even They are not giving complimentary water.

Loud noise from the hallway and other guests throughout the night, impossible to sleep, lack of basic necessities, outdated decor, unhygienic conditions.

Pretty average hotel, lighting was bad and many things were broken or not working

There were no lifts in the hotel and we were allotted the room on the second floor. Our request for room on a lower floor were not heeded. Cleanliness in the room was average. There was no hot water in the night.

to avoid staying at plate form because of train late we booked this hotel but mosquitos occupied the entire room ,we couldn't sleep even for 5 minutes 😴

Stay was pleasant. Rooms were calm and clean. I had overnight stay, so didn't face any issues. Morning breakfast was also tasty and adequate.

Below average services were offered in the hotel. The rooms were not adequately clean and the experience was not very good.

Room was smelling. No proper dusting. After complaining front desk room spray was used. Location is ok.
