Staff is very poor they don’t know to to talk and they provide zero copretion no one should book this hotel

We faced a delay in getting our room key despite having pre-booked through the MMT sitewe had to wait for around 25 minutes before check-in. The bathroom was not very clean, and after some time, the water supply in the tap stopped completely. Later, we were informed that the water line had been shut off. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing and could have been managed much better.

The room is very spacious and staffs are very cordial. The hotel is in very good location. Service is excellent

The experience was good and specially the surroundings is perfect to me but I think there are some issues related to rest room . in rest room mostly facilities are not working so please improve it .

The stay here was amazing, the staff was very helping and they were on time, they responded to the services on time.

Some major issues-1) AC is not working, 2) No toiletry is provided 3) Rude behaviour top to bottom 3) location is detected for the business not a single restaurant is available nearby 4) need 1 to 1:30 hr to get the taxis

Checked in the hotel after attending funeral of my Aunt... reception was earlier infomed that we would do a late check in and they assured us that restaurant is open till 11 pm. Very very Arrogant staff.. travelled with my father 78 years old.. checked in at 930 pm and receptionist informed that chef has locked the kitchen door and left hence no food available... we were given a horrible room in response .. zero maintenance. toilet doors not locking smell and noises in the room.. when we returned after going out searching for food.. we found there only to be informed ..not for family... upon complaining about the condition of the room got a reply from the on duty receptionist that you have not booked with us directly

over all a good stay, easy to locate, but ac wasn't cooling and it was hot inside there. good food also available

I had changed rooms 2 times because no hot water was coming. We didn't get Breakfast at 10.00 am even after continuing follow up. Very worst experience.

This hotel exceeded expectations! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. We enjoyed the convenient location and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!
