I went 2...3 times and every time I get the same room

The trip was great hotel staff was very understanding and cooperative although rooms were small yet they fulfilled the needs and we're neat

Location is very good rooms are clean and comfortable food is also 👌

My booking was confirmed for 5 rooms but the didn’t see booking in their system.. also staff not at all polite ... no hospitality ... in house bottle of water was not given. They said it will be charged

i faced so much trouble. the recipient behaviour was not good.he refused to provide the room after reaching the property. after that i talked on given the number n we moved to new property of this branch. after reaching at new property, the attendant share the new location of property n request to move there.we moved 3rd time at new property n after reaching there , i face same issue.they told me that we have to go the previous 1st property n we have to pay extra amount because no anyone branch of emporio hotel finally i reached at 1st one property n paid 800- extra charges.weit's so terrible because we have 1 year old baby.

It's too terrible i will not use this app anymore.

Staff was highly rude and had no manners how to treat a guest. Had negative feeling from the very first moment i interacted at reception.

Upset due to 3 rooms not allotted as per booking. Only one allotted for 3, but very small room after taken up with make my trip customer, one more room allotted. Thanks to customer care. Room service is poor. For towel, 5 times followed
