Terrible Stay
Staff was drunk and misbehaving. Basic toiletries were not there. Bed sheets were poor and smell was there all around in room.

Very well maintained

Poor Stay
There are lot of mosquitos. Also the room rent is high compared to services there is no complementary breakfast and whatever breakfast available on order, that is very less options with very high cost

Their staff behaviour is very much unprofessional. They gave me breakfast which had foul smell and then i re-tuned that breakfast still they add it's charge in my food bill. This is the most unprofessional behaviour. Also ac was partially working, phone was dead and tv also not working. All in all this hotel does not worth of even one star. There are many better hotel available even in 1500. I strongly suggest don't stay in this hotel.

Location, food and service
The Hotel has no parking, the location is just next to highway and very dusty. The welcome was very bad the reception was not very friendly. The quality of food was very bad.

Location isolated, difficult to locate for any outsider. Room service and food, though a bit costly for common vegetarian items, were good
coupleAmbience needs to be improved, including the wash room and intercom and room- tv facilities. Some basic non- veg dishes may also be introduced in order to get wider clients.

Food was good. Arrangements was also good.
I checked in at 11:55 am in room. The staff of the hotel was very good and supporting. I asked many things to arrange and they arranged every thing on time. The promise as said by hotel staff person was fulfilled. And thanks to Mr. Kaushik for all help and arrangements.

Need to improve the service
We booked the room. On recommendation of a friend for my Birthday. We booked a triple occupancy where the spare mattress provided is all torn up. We upgraded thinking we will get better service, However hot water doesn't work properly, we keep calling someone to check, bathroom taps has no fixtures. Room service is very bad. Top of all I woke up in the morning with rashes all over my body ( bed bugs bites ), when we asked the housekeeping guy about the maintenance they mentioned that they forgot to change the sheets. This stay has ruined my Birthday celebrations.

Excellent experience
Nice to stay in your hotel. Very good experience. Will stay whenever I got chance, nice view and greenery area, next time will stay with my family friend and relative, my colleague opinion was great about stay and comfort

Bad experience
Bad Experience! They charge too much according to their service even they charge 10 year child as an adult without breakfast. About the front desk staff they do not cooperate with their guest. Location is so poor. No vehicle no facilities. Its really terrible. I don't wanna go there again.

Neat and clean
Room was neat and clean, Hotel location is OK, Staff is cooperative, Good hospitality and nice house keeping, Food quality is also good, Only problemis transportation from hotel to anywhere otherwise this property is good enough to stay and worth for money.

Well maintained, friendly staff
Neat and clean room. Staff are friendly. Food service is only veg. Room are same as shown in website. Good place to staywith family. It is calm and quite from city sound but well connected by roads.

Nothing was the highlight
I booked this hotel from Makemytrip booking id. I made a booking of 21st oct-23rd october. And while booking there came an option that please tell us about you arriving time. So I mentioned their 12am-6am. When I reached here at Ghaziabad I called the hotel reception and they told me I cannot check in at 2:30 am. They said I can check in at 12pm or after that. At night 2:30 am I had to find a hotel roaming here and there in a cab. I was alone plus new to the place. And I came here from Pune. I felt really bad, they asked me to pay for 20th Oct also as according to them I guess 2:30 am is counted in the day which has passed. I would rate this hotel zero. You should understand that if someone has booked your hotel, he/ she should have trusted your authorities. But getting this response is really shameful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. And yes if you cannot allow check-in at night please for god's sake don't include that option of mentioning the arrival time in your website. Thankyou for such a great response by your side.
