The staff at the town house are so rude to the people who r booking online. Faced issue while check in and Checkout

Worst stay ever, never ever recommend this property to anyone, unhygienic place, people using it for hourly basis, we dont get keys only the staff opens the room door, no privacy. Bedsheets were dirty even the staff was so rude

Fan damaged and not working, intercom not working, poor housekeeping and cleaning, bad behaviour of management, lot of mosquitos inside room, no power backup, power gone after every 15 minutes, no water bottle, no towel, no lift working

One of third class hotel I have seen ever. So smelly dirty rooms. going there I had booked this hotel n it was pre-paid booking. When I reached in hotel reception guy aks me for pay 256 extra after completed all payment. Any how I had made payment of Rs 256 gpay to hotel. When they show me rooms all rooms were dirty smelling. I went out from property make call to help line customer support person said clearly we will not able to help you no shifting no refund possible after that he connecte to with oyo support he said again go to property click pic send us without pic no refund no shifting possible whole night they both makes such drama shame. You people collect payment after that you create new new rule to customer. For future I never recommend this property to family, couple and other business travel this is a drunken dhaba not hotel very worse hotel very rude even not refunded me and not shifted my booking.

Property was good but they will ask to pay extra money even if you paid full amount while booking through mmt.

Hotel accha hai but jo price se book kiya tha vaha jaake 400 rupey or extra lye bole ki humare hotel ka yahi rate hai

Location is good. But the hotel and rooms are worrest. Very very cigarette smoke there is no smoke detectors. Power and wiring problems a lot. No cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms.

We had booked and paid for the hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed that an additional ₹500 was required. I questioned the need for this extra charge as we had completed our booking. Furthermore, I had specifically included breakfast in our reservation and had made an additional payment for it. However, the next morning, we were surprised to learn that breakfast was not part of the hotel's services. The hotel staff treated us poorly, making us wait for at least half an hour and offering no assistance. They directed us to contact customer care and insinuated that we should have booked directly with them. This level of service was unacceptable and left us deeply dissatisfied. Please return the extra money we gave for breakfast.

I had a lovely stay. The staff is so friendly, and the location is perfect.

The team is friendly, and the corners are clean. Friendly and neat.

They declined complementary breakfast which was part of booking. No room key provided to guest. Probably will not recommend for family.

1. Even after booking room for 3 adults & 1 child, they provided very small room where onle 2 person can accommodate. Also they asked for extra charges for extra mattresse. 2- my breakfast was complementary but they told that hotel doesn't have the kitchen so breakfast can't be provided. 3- hygiene was not maintained in in room as well as in washroom. 4- toilet seat was very dirty & smelly. 5- frequent power cut was also there. In view of above, i will recommend not to book this hotel for stay. It was more than horrible for our family.

No complementary breakfast was provided, no towel was provided despite multiple reminders, not hygienic, room was not clean as it should be, tv was not working, service was terrible, totally disappointed

Rooms are not clean, we need to ask after check in to clean and change the bedsheet and pillow covers. Hotel didn't provide room keys, central lock by room staff. While going out you do not have any key to lock hotel your. Luggage safety is a issue even nothing happened to our luggage. We checked out at morning 8 am and requested reception to help with luggage shifting. They informed that no staff is available to help and worst part is that the elevator is also locked for using. I need to drag the bags through stair case. Very disappoint with response. Good part is food, we tried a loo pratha and chai. Both are very tasty.

Poor hygiene. Pathetic room. No breakfast. Unprofessional. Should remove from your list of hotel to save others from terrible experience

Hotel had denied to check in. Ask me why did you book our hotel through mmt. We could-not provide you room at this price. We had to wait an hour for check in after support of mmt customer care
