The worst thing I booked in my life is that I booked this hotel.No cleanliness, no towel, no washing things were there. The bed and chadar smelled bad and horrible. I requested soap and a towel then they were given. I went for office and submitted key for check, they changed the room. Another room is also not much cleaned. Smoking smell was still there which was not gone easily. The bathroom was leaking . Television wifi was not working. I should not give Rs. 500 also for this hotel. Absolutely not worthy for money.

The bedsheet were stained and there were cockroaches all over...

No hot water facility and service is not good. Waited 3 long hours to get one bucket of hot water. Because of this service reached the office 3 hrs late The hot water facility is not available and service is terrible . I called them at 7 am but service guy visited room at 10 am after multiple calls to front desk..

Worst No proper providing of towel water bottles no lift is working no buckets in washroom no mates. If I ask also they won’t response properly last 5 stays this is wat happening l. Even if we contact make my trip they will respond properly and nothing will work at end money going to there pockets. Even we ask anything we have to get down and all the things

The place was extremely unhygienic. The bed sheets were stained. The bathroom was used. The floors and walls had mud all over it. It was unsanitary and disgusting. We checked out in 10 mins.

The room was horrible, dirty and very poorly managed. The standards Townhouses have dropped down to nothing now. There were cigarette burns in the furniture and the bathroom had leakages from all the places. They gave us a used bathroom and the room was stinking of smoke smell. I couldn’t even sit on the bed as it had fresh stains.

No toilet paper, No Bucket or mugs and the TV was not operational. Abt the Air conditioning it's an old one, less cooling from that. FYI, the room doesn't look similar to the picture in app.

Rooms are bad (not cleaned), bathroom also very bad condition, no complimentary water (charges extra 25 rs), not provided necessary items such as towels, soap, etc. We had to ask the reception to get towels and that took 15 mins.

According to price, I couldn’t even expect much. But their bedsheets and comforters were stained. They didn’t look fresh. For solo female travellers, I won’t recommend at all. I just changed my hotel after visiting there.

Very dirty and unhygienic. Dirty sheets leaky health faucet. Water heater was leaking shower was spraying all over the bathroom. No water bottles in the room. Fan was not working. AC wasn’t cooling properly. Men hair all over the bed and pillow. Stinky room
