Not happy with the stay. Broken chair, mattress worn out no foam only the springs. Very dirty duet and torn bedsheets

Me and my husband checked-in by around 10. 30. Lift was not working, we took the stairs with our language, room was full of cockroaches, ac was not working, there were springs coming out ofnthe bed and a huge gap in between beds. May i kindly get an answer for this. What the hell is for wasting money out of no use. I need refund or a proper explanation for the same. I did the payment via make my trip. Now from the hotel they called and saying that we didn't make the payment. I have the payment proof with me. Can i get an answer for this please

Good place

Rooms are good, but 2 rooms face the graveyard opp to hotel so those 2 are creepy, getting morning coffee is impossible, staff are ok, they interfere the least so you have your privacy, the cleaning boys are doing a good job.

Don't accept online payment and food they gave as free breakfast was super bad.
