Qotel Was Horibl
Its not hotel. Air condition and Switch board condition was terrible. 3-4 times called person for refill handwash but it was not done very casual and careless staff. bathroom taps was broken and plumber came and said "Sir Jugaad hai use kar lo"

Average Stay
The Hotel is Good at Reception only, Clearly for posting online pictures. Rooms are in poor condition. All the Taps were rusted. No toiletries were available in the room. Drinking water was of poor quality. As mentioned by MMT the hotel will have an iron board in the room but there was not even a cattle for hot water. No Tea, Coffee, Milk, Soap, Dental Kit etc. Was available in the room. Even AC was not very efficient. Cleanliness was below average. Regarding the food: Hotel serves BELOW AVERAGE FOOD. The staff is not very friendly. Overall experience was of a room which should be available at maximum 800 - 1000 INR.

Poor Stay
Location is fine and near to metro but the room is terrible. Fan wasn’t working properly, it’s rotator was broken and was only running in 4. In the bathroom the water taps were broken, it literally came off when I turned it on for shower. 0 maintenance in the room and even pillow covers had hair strands of previous customers in the hotel. The only thing that was average in the hotel was a bed else it’s bad. I would never ever recommend this hotel to any one.

Excellent Stay
The staff were fantastic and the hotel facilities were amazing. Breakfast was so delicious and the roof top pool was sensational. The room was large and the bed was super comfortable. Overall a really good experience and would go back.
