It was amazing with nice and good gentle gesture. Food quality was good. Having open dinner terrace dinner space.

Clean hotel but the wifi isnt working in my room for which they took no action the hotel doesn't provide slippers or hangers too.

The room quality is less than the middle class not even fit for deluxe, not even a water bottle as an amenity,

1. No ac temperature control 2. Towel received after 4 hours 3. Dirty towel 4. Washroom dirty 5. Blanket cover not replaced after repeated requests 6. Kitchen service is good. Kitchen people are very nice. They also make baby food for me. 7. The property owner is also nice. 8. No hot water kettle in the room. Needs improvement

Nice and clean hotel, we found it. Hotel staff is good and supportive. The room we got was spacious. This hotel is near to the main bazaar of ghaziabad. Food at restaurant is available, which is good, however, there are lots of small and big restaurants nearby. We also found a milk shop where we got dairy milk for our baby. There is no issue for transportation. Cabs, autos, rickshaws are easily available from this hotel. Railway station is very near, at walkable distance. You can get trains for agra, mathura, delhi, lucknow etc. The metro station is also very near. One can reach to delhi within 20 mins from metro. Overall the hotel location is quite good.

Nice clean and good room food was also good. Only one drawback was no external views from room, closed from all sides.

1. 1. Last hotel was not good. It was was not as per mark. Hygiene was not maintained. Not a cooperativr staff. Bed was small, room was small

Had a brilliant stay. Cannot fault hotel. It was clean, in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.
