Review Of HOTEL O 4 SQUARE A LUXURY ROOMS NEAR RDC MAIN MARKET

Warning to all travelers! I stayed here from 21st to 22nd August 2025 and had a terrible experience. Even after making full payment through MakeMyTrip, the hotel staff illegally demanded an extra at check-in and refused to provide any bill or receipt for it. Shockingly, I also saw another customer facing the same issue at the reception, which clearly shows this is not a one-time mistake but a regular fraudulent practice by the hotel. This hotel is cheating customers and indulging in unfair trade practices. I strongly advise everyone NOT to book this property, otherwise you may also be harassed in the same way.

its pathetic services ever. asked for extra money. and allowed checkin until extra payment was not done.

Hotel did demand an extra amount of Rs 600/- at the reception before check-in. Further, they also conveyed that the respective booking is from OYO. This is my first experience & very pathetic.
