Review Of HOTEL GRAND IN

Worst experience in my lifetime as after booking these staff make to to wait for than 2 hours, I reached hotel around 2.00 a.m first they said room is not available but once they check that I booked from make my trip then they alloted me room after around 4.30 a.m, Really this was my one of the worst experience with make my trip especially for this hotel

Location wise it's very good... But staff are completely unprofessional, room service is very bad.

Facilities was zero No water given No towel given after asking them to give us these basic things After that zero cleaning Rain Water coming from windows No tissue in toilet 🚽 Very bad experience

Room was dirty, smell of cigarette smoke was coming. terrible service, no water and towels were provided at the start

The hotel was ok. The room was not that clean. There were bugs on the bed, and the bedsheet had holes. Had to call the reception multiple times to get small services done. It got annoying.

No hygiene and cleanness, toilet was worst , bed sheet covered with hair , hotel arguing to change the bed sheet . No lock on the door. Very rude staff from top to bottom.

DURING MY AT THIS HOTEL IT EAS CLEAR GUEST SATISFACTION WAS NOT IMPORTANT. I PAID EXTRA FOR BRAKE FAST FOR 6DAYS, BUT BRAKE FAST WAS SERVERED ONLY 2 DAYS OF CONTINUOUS REQUEST. NO REFUND, EVEN THEY DONT CARE. THIS IS COMPLETELY UN ACCEPTABLE. IF THE BRAKE FAST NOT AVAILABLE , SHOULD NOT CHARGE

Very bad and horrible stay….bed was full of bed bugs …they bit me for 3 nights and gave marks on skin….i couldn’t sleep properly….service is very bad…despite of saying many times no cleaning of room was done for whole 3 days of stay….even for drinking water i had to call them 5 times and they didn’t give water I personally had to go to counter with bottle nd fill by myself….geyser was not working so they asked to take bath in another room….we asked for tea around 8 pm and after every half hour i had to call them nd after 5 calls tea came around 10 pm…they gave menu and I called for 1 hour but they didn’t come and when I went to counter they said kitchen is not functional go outside nd eat ….no room cleaning was done….no bedsheet change …nothing….instead during booking they asked to not book via make my trip for (discounted price) instead they said to 0 nd book offline….im sending pics too

Staff is supportive and helpfull. Room is also of good quality and they maintain hygiene. You can stay here comfortably.
