Booking showed classic room, but denied at checkin, and charged extra said only deluxe room is available, there was a mouse in the room, no pest control, plus bedsheets were not clean

Hotel demand extra money when we went there. Room were very conjusted.They told they are not accepting stay in this amount I have to pay 500 more otherwise I can leave

This not confirmed booking & mmt can transfer to other hotels & this next hotel not comfortable for staying because they are under construction so i am not stay in hotel. I am stay in hotel please give me refund

Bad Experience I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that the room we booked was a "common room" and to get the "Deluxe Room," we would have to pay extra charges The room was not soundproof, and all sounds could easily be heard outside. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Even after booking in advance, we were forced to pay extra charges. This was a highly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. False advertising, poor staff behavior, and additional charges made it a nightmare stay.

while I reached the hotel, hotel staff said that rooms are sold out. he also said that we already informed to MMT team. at 11: 00 PM I was going to find another hotel for my stay.

They are not allowed to check in at 12:00 pm and also told us that we have no room vacant after 2:30 pm.

Not satisfied with the service. Totally pathetic room was not clear. Washroom was not clear. Washbasin was not working properly. Tv & wifi password was not correct. Staff was not cope-rate with the customers. Not happy with the service

They were asking for extra money and telling us that they dint have tie up with make my trip staff are so rude room was untidy even towels and soap was not there in room and service was terrible

The room overall good but i changed 3 times due to a cleaning issue. So over all experience normal in this property
