Hotel has no restaurant. You can not receive anything from them. Neither Tea nor food. Even they didn't gave complimentary water bottle. In room there is no ceiling fan. Overall I had a very bad experience there. Staff

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room had no ventilation whatsoever, making it incredibly stuffy and uncomfortable. To make things worse, no room service was available during my entire stay. Basic expectations were not met, and it felt like the staff was either unavailable or indifferent. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or even minimally hospitable stay.

The hotel stay was good, nice room a bit small but well cleaned and organised. The only issue was that hotel service was very poor. I asked for water from the service desk it took around 30 mins to come and later on check out they asked for 100rs per 10 rs bottle and didn't even provide the bill for that.

From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and overall ambiance of the establishment. Firstly, i must commend your staff for their professionalism and attentiveness. They were always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met throughout my stay. Their warm welcome and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests truly made me feel valued as a guest. The room i stayed in was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day of travel. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, and i particularly enjoyed [mention any standout amenities or features, such as a luxurious bed, stunning view, or complimentary services.

Very basic not even matching the requirements that was displayed. About the breakfast - lesser said would be better. Nothing fresh - the fruit, Paratha , curd, vermicelli juice - all which had come was packed in poly, cold and atleast one day old . No plates, cutlery, just handed over . Tea stale, smelling. The hotel does not have its own kitchen. Devasting stay I must say.. Mistake committed by booking hotel. It's better to visit the site of property and book

The food quality of the restaurant is not good. The size of the room is very small which makes one feel suffocated.

Good location, neat and clean rooms, quite environment, polite staff, overall i had a nice experience there.

The washroom was stinking so bad & there was no kitchen in the hotel & also electric kettle was stinky

I went for 3 days visit. Hotel is new, clean rooms and staff are well mannered. Good place to stay in that area

Staff was not hospitable, they want more money

Stay was good, just contact the owner in case you got any inconvenience and they will resolve it asap. Drinking water is costly in case it comes from the restaurant down, hence check the price before hand.😂
