Worst female staff at reception . Ask extra money and worst for 1st interaction

Very bad experience! I was given room number 104 which had no TV. Towel was also given after 2 hours after repeated requests. There was no dustbin. The bedsheet was already used and there was a hole in it. When I requested to change the room, I was told that this was the only room available with us, but other rooms were also being shown online. When you did not have the room, how did it appear open online? The reception madam was also behaving very rudely.

After going to the hotel,hotel receptionist say that said room not available, another room of booked hotel can be taken with price band 2000/- per room and no refund of booked hotel can be initiated from their hotel. We are forced to leave the hotel. We going from far off place,are then forced to search hotel there.This is very disturbing. Kindly refund money at the earliest of booked hotel. This is my first experience in my life where booked room cannot be given.

It was horrible stay...Even after my full payment while booking, they took extra money. The hotel owner said by hook or crook I will take money from you. Hotel owner was very rude and continuously threatened me for money hence to save my life I gave money. People outside the room were doing hooliganism and dancing with loud music. This area is also very noisy because of industrial area. Entrance of the hotel's stair is also very narrow.
