Worst Experience, Demands Extra Cash , or not room

First Of All it was one of my worse experience in this Hotel. I booked my Room as I got Coupon Deal , but when I reached to the Property the Guy Who Sits on Reception demands me extra Money for the Room , I refused to pay extra and then he refused to provide me room and made excuses and tell it's their hotel rules to ask extra money whoever books online. I reached the property around 9:30 pm and I was very much tired to argue with them so paid extra just to spend my night with Worst Experience. Rooms were very Compact and very untidy. I booked for Deluxe room but what I get is a Small Room with no proper toiletries. Will not recommend anyone to visit this property.
