Actually the room was good but the bathroom was not attached also there were so many mosquitos in the room the room was not so good can be more sound proof as outside noise can be heard and also mosquito problem can be solved

Very rude security and non cooperative room service. Requested som basic amenities but declined to do so. Very unsatisfied. Also charged extra when arrived.

The room that I booked was not the room that I was provided. The room that I booked had no mention of the common bathroom. Also it was mentioned I would get a room with the city view. Instead what I received was a dingy little room with no windows.

I was initially hesitant to book Bibhas Lodge and Restaurant due to its low rating and poor reviews. However, my experience was surprisingly positive. The manager and receptionist were incredibly kind and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. The service exceeded my expectations, and I feel the earlier reviews don't reflect the current situation accurately. I highly recommend giving this place a chance!

What a boring hotel it was, bathroom was not even attached, there was no tv, and the room we booked was a single room with a half wall, who would stay facing the half wall, no privacy, what a crazy hotel.
