receptionist girl was very rude. I requested her to upgrade my room but she denied my request. I had visited there thrice in the past and the ex receptionist always accepted my request but she straight away denied. she was so rude that she doesnt deserve to work at least not in this field. and find a decent girl who can politely talk with your customers
