- The hotel is very old - The AC in the rooms don’t work - The staff is very rude and unhelpful. They do not care at all if you come to them for a problem. They weren’t willing to help me locate the hotel, they weren’t considerate about room preferences, they made me change my room at 2 in the morning. - The reception of the hotel isn’t good as well. Overall pathetic service and will never be staying here ever again!

The property was not maintained properly. The pool area had a lot of pigeons and i got throat infection after swimming. The bedsheets were not clean as well. The breakfast buffet was okayish. The vegetarian and non vegetarian items were not kept at a proper distance and the smell of egg and omelet was spread all over the area. The blinds of my room were not working and had to change the room in the middle of the night and yet the bell of the other room was not working as well. It was disappointing.

Nightmare of checkin experience.

I booked a day use room, the room handover was done after 1.5 hours of te designated time. When asked about the tentative time on the reception , host replied- we don’t have any idea we don’t want to give you a false hope once it will get ready we will let you know.

Me and my husband had good experience..Services and ambience are good..food was also good but little costly as pr taste..they can improve food taste if it's possible..overall it's a good choice for short time vacation you can enjoy amenities like spa, swimming pool, gym, bar etc
