Nice stay..location is excellent stay there for 4 days and overall good. Food was good. service was good.

Receptionist was horrible . When visited at reception he was busy with loud music on phone..Behaviour and attitude was worst. Will never ever come again or recommend anyone Room was OK No TV in room Service team attitude was Good

Hotel collection o shahdara near yamuna sport complex: The stay was disappointing overall. Despite the property showing 2-3 rooms available, all the rooms had wall dampness and felt suffocating due to poor ventilation. The room space was inadequate, and it was nothing like what was shown on the booking site. Additionally, the toilet seat had permanent stains, raising concerns about cleanliness. However, the staff was polite and supportive, which was the only positive part of the experience.

It's poor service , I can't find hotel at the location shared on the make my trip app, I have tried to call multiple times but still no response from the hotel side, even I have call but the hotel no is switched off.

The condition of the room was average, and the service was not good. They didn’t even provide drinking water, even after asking twice. The room was on the 11th floor and there was no phone in it, so I had to go downstairs to the reception to contact them. Still, the water was not provided. Also, the AC cooling was poor.
