Hotel owner need extra amount for continue otherwise denied with same amount which has been i booked

The bed is cracked, the mattress is very dirty and it's very unhygienic. No water geaser, there is a mosquito.

The hotel staff firstly denied to my booking and then after a long conversation he agreed but the condition of the room is pathetic I have never seen any room service like that one before. There are full of mosquitoes there in everywhere in the room and the cleanliness is not done I think may be last one month and the water supply is cut off and the condition of toilet is like we are in train toilet. Please do needful I have also pictures so I ll share them too.👏🏻

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The overall condition of the hotel was terrible. Upon entering the room, i immediately noticed the presence of mosquitoes, making it quite uncomfortable. The hygiene standards were shockingly low, especially in the bathroom, which appeared to be completely unsanitized. Not only were there visible signs of neglect, but there were also a distressing number of bugs, contributing to an unpleasant stay. To add to the disappointment, there was a persistent stinky smell that lingered throughout the room, making it difficult to relax. The combination of these factors significantly impacted the quality of my stay. Considering the condition of the hotel, i cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to anyone. The issues with cleanliness and pest control were a major concern, and the overall experience fell far below my expectations. The hotel manager refused to give me a room. He was asking for extra amount. My point is if the hotel has higher price then why don't they display it on the app. They just want to attract customers and at the last moment use the situation and ask more money. Very bad experience. There is nothing great about it

Issue started with checkin only. They said they dont have ac rooms available. Then they gave me a room witch didn't had a tv as well. Washroom flush wasn't working as well. I left this place without staying the night and cheched in in another hotel. Waste of money. My request to make my trip is please check with these people once because i think they dont like u booking through app and paying less money, that's why they give the worst/ not so good rooms to people with app booking.

Facilities was bad, hospitality was not there, room ambience was bad, air conditioning is worst

Hotel abut is a very good, pocket-friendly hotel. I got all the basic amenities to meet my needs during my stay in my room. The washroom was also well kept with all of its fixtures in good condition. The staff at the hotel was also well mannered and easy to approach. All in all, it’s a good place to spend time in if you’re looking for a nice, affordable accommodation.

Hotel abut-provides its guests with a premium place to stay ona budget. My room at the hotel was also neat and free of any dirt/ clutter; the fixtures in my room were also in a good condition. The hotel’s washroom was also very clean and well maintained with all the fittings (water geyser, mirror, taps, washbasin, etc) in a good shape

Abut guest house made my stay special! the guest house not only had great service in terms of the staff behaviour and promptness but also had excellent rooms with all the facilities to make a guest’s stay there a good one. The room i got was clean and well furnished with all the basic amenities like an led, bedding, and a cupboard. The guest house’s washroom was also quite neat with a working geyser.

The hotel was easy to locate as it was near to metro station, The staff member at the reception was proactive and did a hassle-free check-in, the room provided was spacious but had a small bed though it was sufficient for two people the room had all other basic amenities like AC, Wifi and a TV. The washroom was clean and had basic toiletries like Soap, Shampoo, clean towels, and a Geyser as well.

OYO Flagship 82808 Abut Guest House, Vaishali Metro My stay at this hotel was nice and comfortable, the location was easy to reach as the hotel was within walking distance from Vaishali Metro Station, and the room provided was good and had a well-made bed and all basic amenities like AC, LED, Landline phone and Wifi, also two big wardrobes in the room were very helpful to manage my luggage. The washroom was small but it was clean and had a geyser for hot and cold water.

The hotel location was nice as it was near the Vaishali metro station, the room provided was good and spacious and had a well-made bed with all basic facilities like Ac, TV, and wifi the room had a wardrobe which was very helpful to keep my luggage and the washroom was also clean and had all basic toiletries and a geyser for hot and cold water.

The hotel was walking distance from vaishali metro station, after i reached the hotel the staff at the reception was very helpful and offered water bottle and asked me about my booking id and told me do the check-in formalities post that he gave me the keys. The room was good and spacious for two people and the bed sheet and pillows were clean, room had all basic facilities, the curtains were clean, but the washroom was not attached to the room it was outside in the balcony and it was also common washroom for 2 rooms, apart from the washroom sharing the stay was good.
