(1.)Two days before checking I called hotel to find if I could do early check-in. They assured, if room was available, it was possible. They did not mention anything about extra payment. I reported at around 06:00 AM on the day of checking-in and they took full payment of one day extra.(2) Shower of room no. 703 was not working. In morning I had to go for work without shower.

The location is very good. The flush in the WC does not work, water does not flow out of the wash basin and when u take a shower the water flows out into the room. Staff not bothered to attend.

Poor Stay
Not worth the money, rooms are not very well maintained, fridge was disgusting, microwave was greasy, and one lift wasn’t working. Overall very poor experience. Staff was decent tho.

Wonderful location in central Delhi with 2 malls and other amenities within walking distance. Good spread for breakfast. Services were quick and good

mildly disappointed stay
Room is cleaned but was missing items like towel or glass or coffee sachets..! They didn’t have whiskey glass when I asked which was weird for a five star property..they do have gym and pool which was nice..! Food was okay but not very great..!

Staff is incompetent. Room is average . Bathrooms suck badly . Very noisy staff early morning they will start cleaning the room next to urs n shouting

Polite and helpful staff; and excellent service. Always a pleasant visit. Stayed in two different rooms and felt no difference in the quality of service. They also helped me with early check-ins both times. Highly recommended.
