Everything was exceptional! Loved the historic feel of the property, the overall Maintainence, food could be slightly better (local cuisines especially). But otherwise had a pleasant stay.

Excellent Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Imperial. We reached early so they gave us complimentary early check in and also upgraded our room. The breakfast buffet was fabulous too! Overall it was great ambience , good food and excellent service !!

The property was very beautiful , good aesthetic and very clean. The staff are very friendly and polite . The food was amazing. Spa , pool and other amenities were also extremely good. It was a wonderful experience .

Most satisfying rather gratifying experience in this very well looked after heritage, historical property, strategically placed genuinely in the heart of delhi. Having most hospitable, professional, concerned, attentive and courteous staff dear mr sailer, omg ! experience ! i shall fail in my duty if i do not express my self, hence though i am absolutely exhausted due to long hectic day and travels, i consider it necessary to acknowledge the tireless hospitality your dream team ! is rendering to the guests in this awesome property, which has been so well kept, nurtured manicured and pedicured over decades ! the experience has been unreal ! every one is beyond perfection ! i doubt whether even ai hosts and hostess would meet these standards of your team ! the turnout from gate security to porch security guards, extraordinary team at reception ! not inlay thorough professional and courteous but loaded with emotional quotient ! which is extremely rare these days in most of the star properties ! be in mr bhavan or the sister ( i forgot her name) who offered assistance while checkin or senior mr thakur or mr dhanesvar at house keeping, pankaj joshi at restaurant all eager to serve ! i had probably checked in around 1430 hrs, during dinner time at 21:30 same personals are still on toes ! as fresh, courteous and hospitable as ever ! i am sure tgey must be physically tired but, its not seen at all ! i wonder what might be motivating them ! hats of to your hr ! further more quality of toiletries, flowers, bath robe, towels with dash of fragrance, shower gel forming perfect bubble, speak volumes of your administration and detailing ! only gray area being, us guests so pampered get spoiled and raise their expectations else where too! of course your befitting slogan of equating with taj mahal is according to me is befitting and justified ! god bless the imperial and the dream team!

familyExperienced the best hospitality here. Went to celebrate my sisters bday for two days. We absolutely fell in love with the heritage british style ambience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They made sure that my sis felt special with their gestures and lip smacking cake and gorgeous flowers. All staff were very courteous and polite. We had problem with the water drainage and was immediately fixed. We were just pampered like anything and we totally enjoyed it. Special mention to mr neeraj who made sure my sis was pampered on her bday and feel special all around the hotel during the whole stay. He was kind to always check on us and made sure we get the best of everything. Thanks to muskan, deeksha and iris for connecting with me and making arrangements for my sister’s special day. We loved the quality of the water on swimming pool, it’s huge btw and very beautiful, and the staff attending us there was nice as well. Would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy luxury stay at a prime location and want to experience high level of hospitality and comfort. Specially recommend to those who want to celebrate any special day. They will spoil you and pamper you like anything. Will come again soon. Thank you so much team imperial.
