Good Stay
Good part : Stay was very good overall, hotel is well located. Food (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) was awesome too. Improvement part: I had made a request to extend my check out time by 30-45 min which was promptly denied. I had checked in at 10 pm and am quiet sure that there would have been many on my check out date who would not reach at exact check in time. For minor extension at least some efforts may have been done to check if possible but to my disappointment was it was denied in 5 sec. MMT had given me a 3k discount voucher which was useless as this token in itself buys nothing at Taj.

Absolutely quiet comfortable and Lavish stay. The pool area is quite relaxing and highly recommended for exploring. Amazing food and top-notch hospitality.

Good Stay
It was nice staying at Taj Palace. I really liked the vibe of this hotel. The only thing which I didn’t liked it was a noise of drill machine due to renovation which disturbed me a little bit. Do try dal chaat Loya its awesome.

Excellent Stay
Taj never fails to impress! From the royal treatment with a seamless airport transfer to the warm welcome of an associate personally escorting and assisting with check-in, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The in-room check-in with minimal waiting time was absolutely fabulous. To top it all, the surprise room upgrade and complimentary services were yet another example of the signature Taj touch. Truly an experience that makes every stay memorable. When I travel to Delhi, it is always going to be Taj for me

Lack of room service coordination
Everything was very good...looks, amenities, location, reception. But,the service needs some upgradation.It was really very very awkward for us to call the service thrice,since 7pm to 10pm for a few green tea sachets and sugar ,but no one arrived.Then we personally got hold of a bell boy,who ultimately gave us the tea bags but only after 11.15 pm when we were about to sleep 💤 !!!! On another day,we asked for dinner served in our room.It was served hot and with total care.But even after calling twice,no one bothered to take back the trolley.We waited for 40 mins and then had to drag out the trolley ourselves. Not expected from Taj Palace. We paid almost for a 0ne and half day stay.And then,they cannot even send a few extra tea bags!!!

I went with my family in b/w busy schedule, we enjoyed the stay and spent quality time, service of taj is non comparable to other hotels.always stands on top in India.

no need to check the review about this property wonderful place it is
I am a frequent visitor in this property. I am mentioning here few names along with their photo selfie with me ,these all people are highly skilled polite humble and attentive. They recognised me every time when ever i comes here. Like in capital kitchen Mr Abhishek who is always take care during the breakfast time. Ms Lakshmi at the reception staff who allows me a preference checkin experience always. In the security team Mr Manish , Mr gulab , Mr Ramdinesh they all are just fantastic fellows. Mr Jagannath who is swimming pool attendant and an excellent photographer too I always used to get photo clicked from him. And one Mr Amod who is attendant at Jacuzi steam bath health center he also takes care of me. And one Mr Sachin along with Rishikesh and the two twin brothers at taj club lounge all are just awesome.

Excellent Stay
Very comfortable stay, breakfast is definitely delicious the staff is also very caring, Although I stayed only for one night, if you want to enjoy the hospitality of Taj then you must stay for at least two-three days.

Average Stay
Reception guidance was average. Breakfast buffet could have been better and was overcrowded and so understaffed. Service at breakfast was lacking.late checkouts are now a luxury not given upon request.
