good property, very comfortable and good food the TFA , TREATED FRESH AIR system was off , I asked them to start. why this 5 star hotel do cost cutting on this important thing, this is the only way to get fresh air and oxygen in a sealed building kindly check this

While I had expected a five-star stay, What I did not expect was that Andaz would go over and beyond when it comes to service and amenities. The always smiling staff, the complimentary minibar, free wifi with a fast and consistent connection, a no-fuss attitude, and delicious food at AnnaMaya all contributed to making our stay exceptionally great!

My stay at Andaz Aerocity, Delhi was wonderful. The room offered a fantastic view, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely perfect – delicious and well-presented. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying stay, and I’d be happy to return.

From check in , stay and experic=nce at bar was great. Bar guy was friendly and although it looked that check out will take time but staff efficient clearing guesst bills faster.

The staff were very polite and welcoming. However, the room was not up to my expectations. I paid over 12000 for one night, and unfortunately, the AC was not working well. I honestly don't think it was worth it, especially if someone wants to book it for a runway view. Please don't do it before the 15th of September because the runway is closed, particularly the one visible from the hotel. Overall, I'm not satisfied , the amount charged was hefty, not worth it The staff were very polite and welcoming. However, the room was not up to my expectations.
