Review Of Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, New Delhi

Location is quite good and close to the Janakpuri Metro station. Breakfast is excellent with wide choice of North and South Indian cuisine.

Despite booking and making full payment 2 days prior to the stay - I was told that the executive suite is not ready and shall be available only in the evening at 2:30 PM while the check-in time is 2 PM. The in-room phone did not work properly - the interiors and lights in the room were really gloomy

Stay was good and staff was also courteous. The check in and check out was also smooth. But the cost does not justify the service I got there

First issue is there was some weird smell coming from room , room was not properly clean , also the bathroom's drainage was chocked. All water came .. Although when I asked they sent someone to repair but the quality you expect from a 5 star was not there ,, Breakfast was good , food is good but ya rooms are not that good here.....

Location was superb. Next to Metro. property is good. Room is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good

Clean property and friendly staff

Location is as the name suggests "Centric ". Food & Restaurant facilities are appreciable. The major drawback was delayed checkin. I reached the hotel at 14:30pm but was alloted the room at 16:00pm. Moreover, property is fine but nowhere near Hyatt standards & highly overpriced.

I had booked a pool view room, but on the first day at night 10.30 pm,i was not provided with one. The room that was given to me had several issues. The toilet was not clean, the hand spray was leaking, and the toilet seat was not functioning properly.

This shouldn’t be in the category of 5 stars they kept me waiting for 1 hour for check in even when I reached at 4pm . The room that was provided to me had a blocked view because of construction additionally there was a lot of construction noise In my room . In morning house keeping entered my room while i was sleeping to ask if there were clothes for laundry like what ?? most pathetic stay that i had ..avoid

I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude staff.Worst experience ever.

Hotel full of musty odours. Average food..Bathroom got flooded because of shower head sprayed the water from the ceiling in the whole bathroom making all the clothes wet outside including toilet roll, toilet seat ,towels and bedroom slippers leaving two inches of water on the floor..Noticed other guest complaining about bathroom facilities when I was checking in .

location- Far away when we reached from Agra. Rooms were reasonable in size, Floors ie wooden floor of the room were creaking. Bath room were catering to western tourists.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The wait time for food was extremely long — I had to wait well over an hour for a simple meal, and even after asking multiple times, there was little communication or apology from the staff. On top of that, the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. Despite informing the front desk, no one came to fix it, and I ended up spending an uncomfortable night in a warm room. For a hotel brand like Hyatt, I expected much better service and maintenance. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves both the responsiveness of the staff and the upkeep of the rooms.

The location is excellent — conveniently situated near jankapuri metro station major attractions and easily accessible by public transport, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a relaxing stay. The in-house restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, from local specialties to continental options, all freshly prepared and full of flavor. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was impressive with plenty of healthy and indulgent choices. The amenities were top-notch — the rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with all modern comforts such as high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a clean bathroom. The property also featured a well-maintained gym and pool, perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was room service or front desk assistance, everything was handled efficiently and politely. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality.

location is too far from all tourist places. food is alright. however doesn't live up to Hyatt brand. no one to receive in lobby. had to call bell boy ourselves. they charge for extra bed for a 5 year old too. no hospitality. no empathy.

I was staying at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri New Delhi. Linen was not cleaned. Room was smelling bad. Service call was not responding as I expected to 5 star hotels. Overall experience was average. Piccadilly old name of this property I was visited.

It’s very late check in time we have to wait there for 40 minutes just it’s . I have never faced this kind of check in process in a 5 star hotel.

our experience was very good my kids enjoyed very much but the food price was very expensive but room was not as we expected.When we order food or drink there is VAT every time which is quite expensive
