I recently stayed at Pullman Aerocity and wanted to share my feedback. During check-in, I had to wait for approximately 20 minutes due to a rush, and I was not informed that the hotel facade was undergoing repairs. This affected the view from my room.
After being assigned the initial room, I had to wait 3–4 hours for a room change. The new room also had limited TV channels, which impacted my stay. Additionally, breakfast service was delayed by around 20 minutes.
I wanted to bring these issues to your attention so the hotel can improve the guest experience. Considering the inconvenience faced, I would appreciate if you could consider either a reimbursement for my stay or a complimentary stay in the future.
