I am extremely disappointed with my stay. Despite arriving after check-in, our room wasn’t ready and we waited nearly an hour before being given an “upgraded” room, which turned out to have a broken A/C. It failed twice, each time taking 30 minutes to fix. The next day, I requested luggage delivery from my car; after repeated assurances and over an hour of waiting, nothing was done—I had to fetch and coordinate it myself. For the premium rates charged, such delays, incompetence, and lack of accountability are unacceptable. This was a frustrating, time-wasting, and appalling experience.
