Me and my wife Go for some mood changes At crown plaza date-5th of sep 2025 At reception They took 30 to 40 minutes for giving key of room No bath tub No shower glass Telephone in bad condition not in use mode So we going on pool coz in room no bath tub Next day my wife got fever due to pool

Food was Undecooked
The overall stay was amazing. But food is not upto the mark. Rice was undercooked. I had eaten four meals and the same issue was there with all the four meals.

I stayed for a day, and while check out I was charged with one Beer from room Bar which , I didn't used, I clearly told that I have not used it but it was declined and I have to pay for it.

It was nice and comfy stay at crown plaza.one of the best hotels in Mayur vihar.. there are few things which could be better... bathroom shower, bathroom tap were looking very old ..

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar, Delhi with my partner, and it was a truly premium experience. From the moment we stepped in, the hospitality stood out. The check-in was smooth, the staff was polite and always ready to assist, and the hotel had a calm and welcoming vibe. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully done. The bed was super comfortable, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The bathroom was neat, with modern fittings and all essentials provided. The breakfast buffet was amazing—lots of variety, great taste, and very fresh. The location is peaceful, away from the chaos, but still well-connected via metro and cabs. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a premium, clean, and peaceful place in East Delhi, I’d definitely recommend Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar. We’d love to visit again !
