Feedback on My Stay
I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback that I believe will help improve the guest experience:
1. Upon arrival, guests are required to place their luggage on the X-ray machine by themselves. It would be better if staff assistance is provided for this process.
2. For guests staying beyond one night, basic in-room amenities such as water bottles, shampoo, slippers, and shoe shiner were not replenished. These essentials are expected as part of daily housekeeping.
3. Breakfast service needs improvement. Water was served only after repeatedly asking, fruits did not appear fresh, and the South Indian dishes (like dosa) seemed overly fermented and not of good quality.
4. For in-room dining, food is served only after clearing the bill in advance. This practice feels inconvenient, and it would be more guest-friendly to allow billing after service or during check-out.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but addressing these service gaps will significantly enhance the guest experience.
