    Property needs renovation

    I would like to begin with the positives before moving on to the areas of disappointment. Pros     - The room was impressively large and spacious, giving a very comfortable feel.     - The air-conditioning and temperature control were perfect, ensuring a pleasant stay.     - The staff at Reception, Housekeeping, and Room Service were extremely courteous and helpful. They carried out their duties with warmth and professionalism, which added to the overall experience.     - The toiletries provided were of a high standard. The hotel uses Biotique products, which is commendable—especially in today’s time when most hotels are cutting costs on such essentials. Cons     - The property is in dire need of renovation. The furniture is old and worn out, and the walls inside the room looked stained and unkempt.     - The rooms are poorly lit and would greatly benefit from modern, brighter lighting fixtures.     - The bed, which is the most important element of the room, needs a serious upgrade—this includes the mattress and the bed linen, both of which felt dated and uncomfortable.     - The bathroom requires new fittings and improved lighting to meet the standards of a premium hotel.     - The minibar was in a poor condition, giving off an unpleasant odor. It urgently needs replacement. Had this hotel been positioned as a 3- or 4-star property, I would have happily rated it 5/5 for its service and effort. However, it falls far short of the expectations from a 5-star establishment. The property badly needs refurbishment to live up to its claimed category.

    POOR HOTEL POLICY AND HOSPITALITY I stayed there for 1 night and then extended for 1 more through Make My Trip. After 15 mins my friend who was in bath slipped badly in Toilet while coming room door was open house keeping person and i rused to him he got hurt on back and we made him after that somehow there was relief and due to little injury his mood went and we decided postpone our plan so we checked out went to front desk asked for refund the staff was rude ans DM was also very rude he denied refund telling if your got hurt same day .

    Worst Experience at The Grand Vasant Kunj – Terrible Service, Bad Food & Zero Hospitality Stayed at Hotel The Grand, Vasant Kunj with my family and 4-month-old baby. Worst hospitality ever – the room phone was not working, every request (water, laundry, basics) needed 5–6 calls and still took almost an hour. The food quality was terrible and every order took forever. Even after booking a 1BHK category room, the experience was extremely poor. Not worth the money at all.
