On arrival & our first day stay was excellent but next day housekeeping was very poor- except for making the bed & keeping fresh towels nothing was done.The shower cap was not removed, it was where it was, ash-tray was not emptied I had asked for the stirrer at 7.35am,but they did not come even till 8.40- when i called house keeping again.

Terrible Stay
The hotel is pathetic. They do not have a five star potential. Everything right from reception check in to check out was a mess. The washroom has a problem of water trickling all the time. You have to call the room service several times for a food.
