Poor Stay
I had to wait for 90 minutes to get room. Check in time was 11 am and I got room at 12.55 pm. There was poor response both from hotel staff as well as Makemytrip executive whom I called to intervene.

The food was served cold and tasteless . Rooms were smelling of moisture. Staff out there was casual. Gor morning breakfast they didnt clean the table properly and expected us to sit

Radisson blue dwarka is so awesome Food is marvellous Both dinner and breakfast Due to make my trip gold membership Dey have upgraded my room to business class Plis d amenities of pool and spa plus gym It made my 6 days trip a unforgettable one In d near future i will opt radisson blue where ever i go if radisson blue is der in d locality Me and my wife njoys d whole vacation

it was great. only the room was not as per expectations and they made me wait for 20mins despite having the room booked a day before and since the guy was struggling to find a non smoking room he offered a normal room which was having bit of smoking stink inside ... but it was manageable so didn't refused him as wasn't feeling well to argue or to cancel and struggle for refund. but it's fine as sometimes accepting the reality is good for peace. God bless the team, hope to see things improving next time. thanks 3/5 rating.

Average Stay
It was an average stay. Room service is very slow, we have to ask for the things 2 or 3 times before they deliver it. Food Service was also running so late, we even had to ask 3 times for water. They really have to consider this seriously.

Hotel is too good for stay ...food is over priced and the quantity is less but still food taste is 10/10. The product they are providing like shampoo.body wash and all premium quality... Room also good ... Service is good but taking 45 mnts to checking

Terrible Stay
I didn't liked the stay this time. they gave me twin bed first and then they told me they'll give me a king size bed after 30 40 minutes but they didn't gave me that. Worst experience.

I have booked for business class but the service was very poor
I asked for change in kettle and they took 1 hour in between I called 6 times to change the kettle.

Resolution - bucket of hot water in a so called LUX hotel
First of all the property rooms were very poorly maintained, during there was no hot water in the showers when i complained to the management , the manager offered to send buckets of water instead of giving a proper resolution, they dont care about the customers at all .

the hotel services are pathetic ..an old property with extremely poor services..I was made to wait for almost 30 min on arrival with a reason from the hotel that they had some technical issue and were unable to check in the guests . secondly a basic thing like water tap was not working in the room alloted ..this was a business class room . not satisfied at all with this stay at Radisson Blue Dwarka Delhi.
