Very bad hotel and the service is worst and not having any hot water facilities.

Poor room condition, no cleaness in room & washrooms also. Beds with HTML insects unable to sleep on beds. Bad furniture. It's in the middle of market area. Compared to price rooms are not in condition of living.

Worst experience ever. I have booked a non AC deluxe room but the room doesn't have the TV, WiFi. The room was dirty too. Poor service from the staff. I requested for TV but no response from the staff

A good, pleasant, comfortable stay. Everything was excellent. Excellent staff. Friendly behavior. Great location. Overall it's simply excellent. It will be a best stay with friends or family.

I was given a third class service there .. Its name looks something special like 1st class rooms but its just waste of money .. Their manageR, staff boys, are much lazier than expected. Don't select this hotel

This hotel is not price worthy. Room was not clean. Location was bad. Rooms were full of bad smell and besides the hotel there is one sewage line so hotel is full of mosquitoes. Hotel administration is not provided television, so if you want your journey pleasant and cheerful then avoid stay here

The hotel is located in a dirty area called Monda Market. The Hotel complex entrance is also loaded with scrap materials.The room was okay for the price paid.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. It doesn't even deserve a single star. Since we can't give negative rating that's why given one star. It was less of a hotel and more of a hostel. No water to drink inside the rooms, neither water bottles were available at cost also. No telephone to contact reception, bed sheets dirty, AC was not working, staff behavior was poor. I would like to take back money if provided. Worthless ..

As far as the basic facilities are concerned, the hotel is worst I have seen in my life. Location is also not good although it is near to the railway station but it is in a congested place. Reception should be good and attractive for any customer but here the receptionist and the Manager are also very rude. The room was allotted to me but the ceiling fan was not functioning properly and was making much noise. Initially the receptionist and the manager refused to change the room but when I told them that I will vacate the hotel and asked them to give me in writing that they are unable to provide me a suitable room, then the Manager agreed to shift me to another room but that room was very small one. As per the Manager no rooms are available and asked me to check out if I not satisfied with the room. The Manager also told me that they will neither return the money nor give anything in writing. The new room was very small and water was flowing inside the room from the bathroom. My request to the travellers is not to opt for this hotel until and unless other hotels are not available. I think good hotels are available near the Secunderabad station and that too at a lower rate. Earlier I booked Hotel Lotus which was far better than this hotel and the location is also very good and near to the Secunderabad railway station.

It was good experience and thank you @make my trip .. Had a great experience .. 100 out of 100 to make my trip .. And ya it was first time i went in hydrabad and i booked hotel from make my trip on the viewing photos only .. And i got exactly what was in photos so once again thank you very much.

Hotel is not good & it is so much far from Secunderabad Railway station. Room also not clean, Hot water is not there, TV so many channels is not coming, if we complain also they are not taking care. Drinking water also not purified water. Bathroom is worst.

They even did not had drinking water available with them. TV was not working and hospitality was bad. Overall, very bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No cleaning. No co-operative staff. Not a good location. Market rate of the hotel is 200/- per bed per day. There is dirty canal beside the hotel and was smelling bad. Mineral water was not there. So many mosquitos were there. Wrong address on google map.

Very bad experience in this hotel staff. I booked this hotel but they given me a another hotel. They shifted me to the other hotel lodge at midnight 2:00am during check in timing, 1)Very worst experience poor hotel, pls take them out him from list of make my trip it's my kind request.Please take action against them 2)Very bad experience of mine in my whole trip. 3) There was no any basic facilities of packaged drinking water and so on. 4) I am waiting for your strict action against them.

I had stayed in this hotel. Let me tell you the review about that. Toilet is worst. No hygiene. No hand shower in toilet. No remote control, no cable connection, no lock almirah. Staff talks as tu, tera like that is this s gentle staff. Over all it was not value for money select something else.

It's value for money. But not well maintained. I stayed for one night. If you are single/on business trip and just want to spend a night at hotel then it is best option because of its economic cost. It is very much near to Secunderabad station so you can be anywhere in Hyderabad within an hour by bus or train. But if your stay include much more time at hotel itself then I will suggest to skip this hotel and go for some other options.

The hotel is average one ... Location and surrounding not good. Beside the hotel only there is big drainage. Hotel service is OK. Room cleanliness is also average. Totally its a budget hotel. Hotel located in market area.

Location is nearby railway station but in internal road it is difficult to search. Room facilities are poor, no hanger for cloth, no soap case in bathroom, telephone and bell facilities not available. Only silent zone but overall poor service.

The location is a bit disturbing. But the was good for the money we are paying. But some of the equipment like TV are not working and hot water service is also not available. I would recommend this hotel for a low budget travel. The hotel staff are also very polite.

Hotel was not good, but near from railway station. Bathroom was very dirty. No hot water is there. When asking the hot water then, they given at 06 to 10 am morning only. In front of hotel very bad smell was coming. Hotel office was rear side. In front side some kabbar is their.
