The ambience and cleanliness is good. Overall nice experience!

Mine was a business trip to Pune, Unfortunately I have booked a stay at Colive CJ Suits Grand Central Wakad. This is not a Hotel or Homestay. This place is a horrible PG. No neatness, No reception, No one to answer you, and no one to serve you. Disgusting place to stay. Their PG is on the 20th Floor of a Shopping Complex, two small lifts provided, the amount of people you see there is like a rush in Mumbai Local Train. You have to wait for a minimum of 20-25 minutes for your lift to come. Bathroom full of pan strains and uncleaned Bathrooms. Breakfast provided in a hall along with PG mates. No separate place for Hotel staying people. We have to get our food by standing in a queue with a steel plate. Only one item (poori with baji) served. no tea or there was no provision for Drinking Water also. Don't Book this hotel and waste your money and peace of mind.

Hotel was closer to highway but there is no facility like a hotel. All rooms like PG. There is no car parking. I included breakfast but they said on Sunday breakfast not possible. So they give small poha packet. Total waste of money.

The stay experience was terrible except for the hotel location. Staff isn't helpful not even answering the calls and the check-in check-out process is taking a lot of time. The most important that it's not even safe to stay for entire night as I found Cimex Lectularius in the room.

Nice and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean, staff was polite, and the location was convenient. Good experience overall.

All the mentioned amenities were not provided also cleaning was not done on the daily basis. You have to call every time for the cleaning and making your room ready

This is not a Hotel , it's a PG. no one was available at reception wait for 1 hr for check in. Room was not clean. kindly remove this hotel from list

Location is prime But the main issue is the lift, it is situated on 20th floor and lift waiting time is 10 to 15 minutes Second issue is there is no staf or even dedicated reception desk for the hotel, I had to wait for 1 hour to get the room.

No manager, waiting for room confirmation, no bucket in bathroom, room is not clean which I got...main issue is car parking... there is no car parking.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

At first this is not hotel it is Hostel where hundreds of people especially Students and Professionals staying on PG basis. Paid extra for including breakfast but I was made it was like college mess. We made to stay at 20th Floor, and it was taking considerate woting for using elevators in peak time due huge nos of people staying. Cleanliness was maintained, hot water was available, just one issue that on calling reception service not available immediately. For people coming for solo stay is good option. Thank you.

Service is worst. I stayed 3 days till now but cleaning is not done on a single day. Geyser is not working

My experience at this hotel was extremely poor. The cleanliness was far below basic standards — rooms were dusty, bathrooms were not properly cleaned, and the linens didn’t feel fresh at all. The staff were unresponsive and unhelpful; even after repeated requests for cleaning and basic amenities, nothing was done on time. The overall management seemed careless and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or hassle-free stay.

Reception and check in takes lot of time. Also room didn't provided tissue paper, but box was there. and washroom was smelling very bad. Not recommended for couple stay.

It’s not a hotel.. it’s a PG or Colive . No formal reception or entrance. Only a guard is present at the entrance on the backside of the building. We were allotted rooms in 20th floor.. so long waiting at the lifts cannot be avoided. Bathrooms are not maintained well. Felt very congested.. it’s not meant for ladies or families.
