Hotel need to improve on cleaning part, rooms are spacious but hygiene is problem.Hotel location is good. Need to improve food quality/////

The staff was helpful but the appliances were really old in the room. Plus most of the facilities mentioned in the booking were not present

I had a good stay at the hotel, which was centrally located with delicious food and supportive staff. The room size was adequate, but cleanliness, particularly in the toilet area, bedding could be improved. Bedding could be upgrded and clean for better experience.Overall, it was a pleasant stay for my short trip.

value for money stay option in heart of the city. well connected with road and metro transport. metro station is barely 50 MTRS away. rooms are spacious and nicely done. well maintained and clean and tidy. food menu is simple with decent options for Veg and Non Veg food. staff is supportive and helpful.

My previous stay was with my family, while this time, I booked the room for myself for one night. Overall, my experience was smooth and comfortable. However, I wanted to bring to your attention a concern I faced during check-in. When I was allotted my room, the documentation mentioned Room 402, but the key handed to the staff assisting me was for Room 407. When I pointed this out, expressing my concern about the discrepancy, the staff member responsible denied any mistake and was unwilling to acknowledge the error. While I want to emphasize that nothing problematic happened during my stay and that all other staff members were courteous and professional, this particular incident made me feel uneasy, especially since I was staying alone. I believe that accuracy in room allotment is crucial for guests’ sense of security, and I wanted to highlight this matter for your attention.

My stay was great in terms of hygiene, location, staff, food at in-house restaurant, budget friendly. I highly prefer to stay at this hotel during my future Pune visits. I highly recommend this place to other if you are looking for all the criteria mentioned above.
