The Monarch, Chakan
Well, other than Marriot there are no other decent hotels available in Chakan. But Marriot is too expensive nowadays. I tried different affordable hotels, The Monarch is good among others available. Average room, average mattress, small but clean bathroom, decent food. All at half price than Marriot

Terrible Stay
Stay just very bad,i had to go down stairs to the dinning hall to get my dinner order noted and that too no one attanded properly, i had told one item then the lady just took off with some other work after her work was over she came to note other order items, the staff was not welcoming at all, they seemed very rude, no slippers were given the room was unlocked on arrival with staff charging his phone there in room. Room service was pathetic, over all my stay was very bad will not recommend nor chose

Poor Stay
Property food was average (Breakfast menu was not proper and very slow services) Room facilities was not as per expectations...room service was slow and basic things like hand towels, slippers etc..was not kept in the room and when asked it never came.

soloThere is no bell boy for luggage, one hotel boy came 8am in the morning for iron my sleep was disturbed.

The staff were welcoming. Ensured the rooms were clean and stocked with essentials needed. The food was hot at all times. Good property to stay.

Average Stay
Hotel breakfast and dining is good. Room quality is awesome. Wifi also has reasonable speed. I got the room on the top floor. Water flow is less in the bathroom. I checked with my team mate who stayed on the 6th floor which has a reasonable flow of water. Need to improve the water flow in the top floor.

Poor Stay
As per our booking, two meals (one breakfast and one major meal) were included, but @ 10:45 we were told that dinner had finished, only 'pulav' is available which you need to pay extra for. We were hungry and we needed to do so. The additional amount we paid for 'pulav' of inr 1000- should be reimbursed.
