Poor Stay
There was lot of noise due to renovation going on at the hotel, food was good and facilities were okay

Our stay at The Westin Pune was nothing short of exceptional, made even more special as we were celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The room was beautiful, clean, and offered a nice view, setting the perfect tone for our celebration. The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was a treat, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The amenities, cleanliness, and overall vibe made it so hard to leave. It truly felt like a luxurious escape in the middle of the city. The only minor drawback was the traffic congestion near the junction outside the property, but once inside the hotel, it felt like a peaceful world of its own. Highly recommend The Westin Pune for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

it was very unhygiene bathrooms were not cleaned staffs are very careless, we were here for new year we even did not get dinner here and not even lounge excess.

my stay with my wife was very comfortable..rooms were clean with all necessary things in place .the breakfast was very good with variety of all delicacies… suggestions : need improvement in the shower cubicle as the water comes out from the floor to entire washroom making the entire floor wet.

Good Stay
Overall comfortable service and stay. Check in and check out was smooth. Special mention about danish in the restaurant who took good care during breakfast. Regarding pet policy, charges were not clear before we booked the hotel. Also it was not explained about what’s covered for the pet in the charges. As a result, we did not get the facilities which are generally provided for pets. The express service is very slow and the phone is not answered quickly and at times one has to call more than once.
