It was a pleasant stay but had to ask for all the complimentary benefits offered by MMT and had to show the voucher for every complimentary benefit. The property is unaware of what MakeMyTrip offers.

My stay at Radisson Blu Pune Hinjewadi was average. The location and check-in were good, but I was disappointed as I was given a twin bed instead of the king-size bed I had booked. Room facilities were fine and food was decent, though service was a bit slow. Overall, it did not fully meet my expectations.

Excellent Stay
Location of the hotel is not very great compared to other hotels like Vivanta and courtyard by Mariott in the same General area . Once inside, it is a nice property with well maintained and modern rooms and also a very positive staff all around . The buffet spread was quite elaborate . Response of employees to various requests was always positive and also quick . Overall a very nice property accept the access road to the property which requires lot of improvement

Good Stay
Celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday at Radisson Blu, Hinjewadi. Rooms were a bit small, but the service was excellent. Special thanks to Chef, floor manager Komal and the whole team for making it memorable with a surprise cake and “Rainbow Spaghetti.” for my daughter Staff were courteous, the 5th floor pool was a highlight, and complimentary drinks were a nice touch. Breakfast was average, and there aren’t many activities for kids. Overall, a great short family stay (1–2 days).

Business Room - Stay if you are not on a strict timeline
Business Room - Stayed for 9 Days - work trip. Its a really nice place. Breakfast is good . They have a complimentary Cocktail night for long staying guests which is good. The Room is sufficient in terms of space and all the amenities that justifies the price. You might get see sheeps and horses grazing on the construction land from your room. Still it worth the pain as the Hotel staff makes up for the shortcomings with regards to the location. There was a slight leakage in my room which can be avoided

Radisson hotel stay review
We had booked 2 rooms for a family stay, expecting to enjoy quality time together and experience the hospitality standards of a renowned name like Radisson. Unfortunately, the overall experience turned out to be very disappointing. The rooms lacked quality and proper amenities, food was below average, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was unnecessarily complicated—requiring one to be almost tech-savvy just to connect. Recreational amenities were in such poor condition that they looked as if they were abandoned. For a brand that charges premium rates, the services and facilities should match the reputation they carry. Sadly, this was not the case here. Overall Rating: 1.5/5

NOT Value for the money.
The hotel is not up to the mark as Radisson family. Rooms are small. Water clogging issues in both the bathrooms. Many of the Plugs in the hotel don't work outside the Room (common-areas). Sky bar runs only in the evening and very small sitting capacity. Very less options in the food menu. What went well .. Staff is very helpful Breakfast is awesome.

had a great stay and delicious food.. My stay was comfortable, well-appointed and spotless. The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent, with so many options. I would definitely come back here again and would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

Great stay- Clean and comfo
Good property. In the prime IT hub area. Little far from city centre and airport which takes more than one hour in traffic and half an hour in light traffic conditions. Super clean room. Good, co-operative and polite staff. Good food options but most items are repeating every day both in breakfast and dinner. Vehicle charges are quite high so better to choose other apps. Overall great stay.

The ambience of the property was quite good, but the overall experience was disappointing due to poor staff cooperation and maintenance issues. Despite requesting an early check-in for 12 PM, the room was provided only at 1:30 PM, which was inconvenient. Moreover, the bathroom drainage was choked — a highly frustrating experience, especially when water started clogging while bathing. When I reported this to the staff, the issue was casually dismissed with just a “sorry,” without any action or urgency. This lack of responsibility and concern from the team left a very negative impression about their service quality.
