I had a very comfortable stay at the Radisson Blu—clean, quiet room and a smooth, hassle-free experience throughout. The staff were courteous and the overall ambiance made it easy to unwind. Would happily stay again.

Staff not polite, cockroaches on dining tables, rooms not clean. Not recommend.

All is good except Awadhi food , both Nihari and Ghosh biryani was not good, quality of mutton to be improved

average stay considering that it's supposedly a five star hotel. nothing really five star about it. breakfast buffet was frankly very underwhelming. the business class room is also very mediocre.

Here's a fine-tuned version: "The buffet staff were quite rude during breakfast. They asked me to vacate my table and move to another one, stating that I needed to provide my room number to be seated. I found it embarrassing to be asked to move, especially during a meal. It would be better if they could handle such situations more discreetly."

My parents were staying at the hotel but the stay was very unpleasant. The staff was curt and lacking basic courtesy. The room was not cleaned even after repeated follow ups. The quality of the hotel has gone down considerably since the GM has changed. I guess the new GM will ensure he run’s this hotel to the ground. I decided to book this hotel based on past experiences, but this is the last time I ever book this property. It’s sad to see a hotel that I have seen being built deteriorate to this level. The overall cleanliness and upkeep has also gone down. The price being charged now isn’t commensurate with the quality of property. Avoid if you can.

The stay was decent, Nothing extra ordinary though. Rooms are well maintaned but service lacks smile. None of the people at the reception has a welcoming smile. Valets are not proactive and so are the lobby Managers.

The stay was very awesome and my mom and dad were very happy about the trip and room amenities that are available and we were very happy to get them on our room floor and we also used the room and gym and spa and we were able to do some fun activities like swimming pool and got relaxed with using the amenities and also liked the breakfast spread out and the food was really good we thank Redisson and the staff for helping us.

It was a very pleasant stay. Service to linen quality and hospitality all top notch. If you’re ready to spend a little more than usual than this fits the bill.
