Nice property prominently located rooms are good checkin was smooth but out side food restrictions to the property and only non smoking property is a challenge for corporate and business travelers.

no charging socket near bed, unsealed water bottle, terrible breakfast, gym is like my pant pocket, lift was antique i will never suggest anyone to go there

O Hotel Pune always delivers exceptional hospitality! The staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable experience.

Pros: Stay was good. Check in, check out was good. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was good with ample options and the food was fresh. Cons: Bed-related amenities could be improved regarding bed covers and pillows etc. The hotel is getting old and maybe renovation is a good idea regarding lighting and hall ways etc. Despite that one cannot ignore its prime location, good views from the roof top and good inhouse dining options. so, I'll still recommend it for a budget friendly stay overall and for its food quality.

it was good. nice ambience with good hospitality. only one issue i tried contacting the hotel for an invoice update, but no response. I have given a call about 15times or more. and there is only one number to contact. seems like a scam with such a huge hotel and 24h reception, no one is answering the telephone. pathetic post experience.

The property had a great location but the hospitality is a bit presumptuous. Had booked two king sized bed rooms with bathtub. Was given one twin bed room with bathtub and other without. The two alternate rooms they showed had a musty smell.

The room was not cleaned even after reminding twice. In the end the front office staff were doubting me whether i had told them or not

The staff was rude and not at all flexible The first response to anything we asked was No. If we say about the room , things was not properly placed

Light was going again and again. TV was not working. Hotel need maintenance. Bath tab was in bad condition.

Clean rooms, the double bed was not a real queen Bed it was two twin beds joined together and the mattress gap was a little annoying. The bathtub being separated by only a curtain also felt a little shady. Otherwise good hotel

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with fresh linens and all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. I truly felt taken care of during my stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Excellent room that's quite a decent size. Very clean. The one drawback is that you can't bring outside food. Loved the bathtub.

it was 3rd class stay, I dont know how this property has been rated at 5star, room was full with dirty stay, I booked with King bed they gave join of 2 singl bed, which will give you so much pain in back due to space in between and they dont know meaning of hospitality

No buffet surprises me, and the food is very expensive and not even worth.
