room is very small. staffs are not courteous at all.
service is pathetic:
1. I called once for water bottles after repeated follow up, I got water bottles after 1.5 hrs,
2. My wife asked for a sanitary pad disposable bag - after repeated follow-up, they delivered the sanitary pad instead after 35 mins and when we enquired, they told us that they do not have (which is fine but why to pretend and make us fool and waste our time),
3. we requested check-out luggage assistance - again, after repeated follow-up when they did not show up, we managed ourselves after waiting for 20 mins.
Overall, service is very very bad (possibly the worst in my experience for this category hotel). Food is very average.
