excellent rooms, superb breakfast and dinner. staff is extremely courteous. lives upto the standard of a 5 star property.

The location of the property is great and the room size was good. Loved the pool, sauna area. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent as well

I booked 2 king size bed rooms, but during check in we were refused for room due to non availability but after continuously requesting 2 rooms were allotted, however it was a poor check in experience wasting around 2 hours. Restaurant food is below average

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was excellent, with great taste and quality throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the extra care they took for my vehicle — without me even asking, they cleaned it and ensured it was well looked after. This thoughtful gesture really made the experience feel personal. Highly recommended!

Hyatt regency was good hotel they gave us warm welcome with traditional marathi caps and with wlecome drinks the staff was very curtious and rooms were clean and neat

Folks, I stayed with my family at Hyatt Regency, Pune, and unfortunately, unlike others, my experience was horrible, disgusting, and pathetic. In terms of food, I would rate this hotel as 1 on the scale of 5 considering later as the highest. Nonetheless, during an epigrammatic stay, I had problem with hygiene and cleanliness as the tub was very dirty. Last but not least, the staff behaviors weren't also up to the mark. In short, I would rate my stay as 2 out of 5. The location of the property is mind-boggling though.
