Elegance stay with supportive staff but need to improve on breakfast menu as it got fixed menu all the day.

Stay was decent. Staffs are cooperative. Overall its a good choice for stay in this budget. Only location is not nearby station. From akurdi station ola/uber will take 100 rupees. Overall good choice as compare to other hotel in pune for this price

Food quality is the worst. Reception staff are not at all friendly and supportive. Bedsheet and pillow covers are fainted. Spoils the cloth with white cotton fabric discharge being stuck all over your clothes.

The hotel was good & located on mumbai pune highway. Stay was comfortable & service was prompt & even the complimentary breakfast was fine. In all good option to stay thanks.

Room, beds and service was fine but not at all suitable for family. I checked in with my family including my toddlers. The whole corridor was smelling with cigarette smoke. Generally the kind of customers are partying in mid nights.

Location- location is to far from the main city area. It is very hectic to reach this location. Food- not good. There is no inhouse dining. They provide from outside. Only option is zomatto. No nearby restaurants. Breakfast was too spicy. Amenities nd set-vices- not up to satisfaction level considering the total amount of stay. Rooms are not satisfactory. Acs are not working properly. Tv sent was not working. It has observed that they have not paid the dissh tv bill. Overall experience was poor. Not to recommend.

It was a very good experience overall. I travel-led on bike from mumbai to pune - they have parking facility even you can park your 4 wheeler - room was neat, clean. Whether it is bedsheets, pillow cover or toilet - i preferred to have dinner at hotel and food was tasty and hygiene was maintained while serving. - i have to change my formals and wore my bike gears and outfit for return journey on bike so kept my stuff at hotel and they have even help me with the changing room and deny tip while offered. I would highly recommend the hotel as it is budget friendly, hygienic has parking, highway touch property and staff is courteous. -

Location is quite near to highway but staff is very polite also rooms were pretty clean and organised. Loved the hotel
