I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Pune, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with — from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant teams — was warm, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. It’s rare to see such consistent dedication across the board, but the team at Sheraton Grand truly impressed me. The hotel itself is immaculate. My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Common areas, including the lobby, pool, and dining spaces, were also very clean and well-kept, showing a high level of attention to hygiene and detail. What stood out most was the incredible food. The variety and quality of the dishes, especially at the buffet, were top-notch. Every meal was a treat — from the rich Indian flavors to the international cuisine options, everything was prepared to perfection. Special mention to the live cooking stations and the breakfast spread, which were absolute highlights. Overall, the Sheraton Grand Pune combines luxury with genuine hospitality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the city — whether for business or leisure. Poor Stay
The stay was disappointing, very average staff and low on professionalism. The food was terrible, didn't even feel as if it was a 5Star Hotel. Sad to notice such poor show.

A grand stay.
The stay at Sheraton was nothing less than grand. You’re welcomed to a huge lobby with beautiful chandeliers which gives a grand feeling. The theme chosen is royalty & the walls are painted with beautiful artwork which gives a Taj type feel. The rooms were pretty big offering a big king size bed. The downside was the in room dining options. They were pretty expensive eg. ₹975/- for a chicken burger. The buffet arrangement was great with a variety of options. Overall a great stay.

Hotel were nice but dissatisfied with make my trip app. I had to pay extra at property for third person aa the terms and conditions were written in very small lines irrespective of giving them details that i wanted to book 1 room with extra person. That person was not covered under the price given while booking irrespective of showing details about booking for three people
