Over the years the hospitality has drastically decreased. Quality of service has decreased and reception staff's politeness/basic courtesy has completely disappeared, inspite of you extending the same. Convenient location is the only thing going for it now.

Horrible Experience at Hyatt Pun
i forgot my phone charger in my room and later inquired with the hotel staff if they had found it, they completely refused. I would never stay at such a hotel where the housekeeping staff doesn't return customer belongings.

Good ambiance. Breakfast options are pretty good. Supportive staff and they listen to guest well. Con: rooms sizes are very small and contested. Room amenities quality is not up to mark especially razor.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt pune. firstly the staff refused to give me an early check-in, and I had to pay for a full day extra. The room offered by them was stinking as if it was closed for months, and the size was really very small.
